4.	Simplest Recovery Guarantees (Easy Approach) (Bidders have to provide detail of proposed recovery guarantees on tier loan 1 (0.1 to 1 million) and tier 2 loan amount (Rs 1 million to Rs 3 million). The simplest recovery guarantees will be marked high and these recovery guarantees will be made part of the agreement.	Total Marks =5
